This renovation by Big Bad Wolf is an absolute transformation, modernizing this 2 storey home. We painted both the exterior in ‘Half Ravine’ & trim/fascia boards and roof ‘Grey Friars’
The interior had a lot of nooks and cranny aspects about the house, but has been modernized to maximize the stunning view of Haulashore Island & Fifeshire rock.

Redmill Exterior oiling
This cedar clad home was in need of oiling, it was extremely dry and had started the process of growing black mould which can damaged your timber. Here with the use of Natural exterior oils from Natural paint Co. we achieved a stunning finish with the clients also particular about a specific colour, we were able to colour match that for them to perfection.

This exterior was in need of a full repaint due to where the house is situated. Full exposure to the elements of the weather it is also exposed to the salt spray from the ocean. The colours of the weatherboards is ‘Half Grey Chateau’ & the fascia, boxing is ‘Grey Friars’

Princess Drive Exterior
This Beautiful home situated on the top of Princess was a pleasure to re-decorate the exterior. Washing, undercoating all solid plastering to finishing with two coats of exterior paint, we also re-vitalized the timber soffit with exterior oil, to refreshing all the timber rafters under the soffit and the pergola. We achieved this stunning finish. The decking area also redone in Kwila exterior oil.

This stunning home comes with tounge and grooved ceilings, ‘Masala’ feature walls and all painted in Natural paints. This home was prepared and sprayed in natural paints, all trim finished in Enamel.
Traditional kiwi weatherboard home
This home was in much need of repair as the paint work was peeling off and no longer protecting the home from the elements of Nelson weather. The colour choices here is spot on with weatherboards being ‘Triple concrete’ the light brown for boxing, sills and facia boards is ‘Triple Stonehenge’ and windows in ‘Black White’.
