What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience in high-end residential painting.
- Expert knowledge of surface preparation, application techniques, and the use of premium products.
- Experience in spray painting is a must.
- The initiative to work autonomously and the teamwork to collaborate seamlessly with a crew.
- An unwavering commitment to cleanliness, site safety, and client satisfaction.
- A full driver's license and reliable transport.
- Formal qualifications are highly valued.
Painting Foreman
You are a proven leader and a master of your trade, with a track record of delivering exceptional finishes on schedule. You know how to motivate a team, manage project flow, and be the crucial link between our standards of excellence and the work on site. Your leadership ensures every project meets our high benchmark for quality and professionalism.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the painting industry, running teams and managing high-end residential projects.
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of the trade: quoting, planning, surface preparation, application techniques, and the use of premium products.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead your crew, liaise professionally with clients, and report to management.
- A strong focus on efficiency, time management, and completing projects on schedule and within budget.
- An unwavering commitment to enforcing the highest standards of site safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
- A full driver's license (a company vehicle is provided for this role).
